If you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months, you may not have heard of this Vial of the Sands thing. This potion allows the user to turn into a drake and carry a person on their back. It was like a Bind on Pickup chopper for Alchemists and people ate that up.
Blizzard then changed the vial from Bind on Pickup to Bind on Use and the world went crazy.
