Skitter Done
Before we jump into the post today, you’ll notice something a bit different. Yes, the names have been edited out and no servers are going to be mentioned. RPL is about showcasing bad so we can all become better, but not about shaming those who do want to get better. That being said, if you do know the person who has the MRP/RSP in question, we ask you not mention the name in the comments. If the author of the MRP wishes to come into the thread to defend his or her character and give the name of the character, then all is fair game.
We may change the rules around for repeat offenders, though. Not sure yet.
Now that that is out of the way, let’s get to work, shall we? We have been featuring a lot of…well, normalish for this site type of characters. Demon hunters, rape alts, etc. But today is an RPL first! Our first Nerubian. Ready your cans of gasoline and get your game face on, we have a giant spider on our hands!

Graphophobia
We love characters with flaws. Flaws make a character interesting without having to resort to lore breaking or other Mary Sue traits. Varendil is a greedy priest who ran out on his wife and newborn. Lanuria is a jealous, overachieving ranger with an obsession with a dead elf (and don’t get her started on those EVIL rumors that are going to happen in Cata. Lan aint gunna hear dat!). Flaws make a character dynamic, give room for growth, and allow for more opportunities for role play. If your character doesn’t have a flaw, it’s obvious your character is a Mary Sue.
But some people, they don’t know when to stop.
Merceddes would be a great stripper name if this girl wasn’t afraid of taking her clothes off. This girl would be awesome on Maury. Girl with a phobia of pickles, you better watch out!

Preposterous Potential Parentage
I was just telling Varendil how most of the RSPs we get are Blood Elves and we haven’t really messed with the ERP alts lately. So, I found something that works for both of these!
That’s not what lenience means. A long time ago, I made mention that if an RSP starts off with “Not like any other” or “Different from others”, you’re in for a treat! Today, our treat comes to us as a disfigured half Tauren half -something else- who is, in no way, tailored to fetish specifications. NOT AT ALL. Let’s jump in, shall we?
